chapter one: on nature´s alternatives

you can buy whatever expensive natural skincare. but skin conditions (almost) always have a root cause in the gut or liver: addressing nutrition and detoxification.

natural beauty brands are often not so natural anymore. they need to ensure that their products last.

find people who make skincare themselves. use simple but very valuable ingredients like honey, oils.

making skincare and sunscreens myself. and never got back to buying products for my skin.

nature´ alternatives:

simple.
try and see how you feel. more lightweigt.
make us believe we should go to a beauty store regularly and buy, when there are so many beautiful oils, herbs and ingredients readily available.
