I always had a weakness for words, sensory experiences, moments. I am a thinker and feeler.

childhood:
when we used strawberries instead of lipsticks

there is just something about...
....fireplaces
...the colours your skin after picking blueberries
...not being able to wait until the freshly baked bread / cake has cooled down, still warm, melting, burning your tongue.
...knowing exactly who your favourite person is
...our eyes finding each other in a room full of people, feeling like we are the only ones.

in herbal medicine course did regular “tea tastings”. smelling, tasting. talking about different sensations, where we could feel the herb in our bodies.
some went to pick fresh herbs in their gardens, others dryed.
